Building work has officially started on the new Queen Boudica Primary School in north Colchester. John Baker, chairman of the temporary governing body, cut the first sod of earth at the site in Turner Road, Mile End.

Mann took a strategic approach to managing their environmental impact and attained ISO 14001 accreditation in 2006. By developing an Environmental Management System and subjecting themselves to external audit and reviews Mann have shown their awareness of changing environmental conditions.
Whilst constructing the concrete frame to provide recreational space for the University of Hertfordshire, Mann Construction completed Groundwork and External Work packages for new nursery and multi-storey car park facilities.
A state-of-the-art building has been completed for The University Campus Suffolkon on the Ipswich Waterfron.
