Mann Construction is a forward-looking company which cares for its employees. We are recognised as an Investor in People, our Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001 and we have achieved the CSCS Certificate of Achievement – Gold Standard. With the objective of improving the performance of our company our training department seeks to maximise the skills and capabilities of all our employees.
The training department helps ensure competence and excellence at all roles and levels. Training and assessments are delivered to meet our clients and legal requirements and additionally, to ensure compliance with our Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and best practice. Training is delivered by internal qualified trainers and by external training providers which include the CHSG and the National Construction College. Our training needs are regularly planned and reviewed with our training matrix updated quarterly.
We employ qualified, professional internal safety, health, environmental and quality advisors to provide competent advice throughout our company.
