Environmental Management
Environmental management and the prevention of pollution is an integral part of our business.
Our Environmental Policy Statement details how we aim to achieve continuous improvement in environmental management and performance. Our environmental management system is certified to the ISO 14001 standard.
We annually set and regularly review objectives and targets to reduce our environmental impact and to ensure environmental best practice at our work places. Our sister company Mann Environmental provides a wide range of environmental related services to our customers complimenting our own activities.
Mann Environmental
Mann Environmental Plc was formed in 2002 to support the Group by offering a service to our clients for the haulage, recycling, waste transfer, and movement of landfill materials. Recycling and screening facilities have reduced the Group’s landfill costs and also reflects our responsible attitude towards the environmental impact of our construction and waste management operations. This has developed our expertise in land and site remediation which has greatly improved the Group’s ability to be competitive on large groundwork schemes, particularly on brown field sites.
